2. Provide detailed guidance about careers and courses to potential applicants.
3. Address customer concerns and answer queries to facilitate admissions.
4. Reach out to inquiries and encourage them to visit the center.
5. Conduct counseling sessions via Zoom and Google Meet.
6. Follow established counseling procedures to ensure successful conversions.
7. Participate in marketing activities as needed.
