Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient websites and web applications.
2. Work with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to translate design mockups and feature requests into functional, responsive, and user-friendly web pages.
3. Conduct regular testing and debugging to optimize website performance, speed, and scalability across various devices and browsers.
4. Ensure web applications are secure by adhering to data protection and security guidelines.
5. Keep up-to-date with emerging web technologies and industry trends, recommending new tools and best practices to improve development efficiency.
6. Maintain a clean, organized codebase using version control systems like Git and participate in code reviews.
Position: Web Developer
Location: Swargate, Pune, Maharashtra (On-site)
Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 per month (Based on performance and experience)
Shift: Day-Time. [ 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday TO Saturday ]
Experience Required: 1-2 Year
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
2. 1+ years of experience in web development with a strong portfolio of web applications.
3. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks such as React,
Angular, or Vue.js.
4. Experience with server-side languages and frameworks like Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails, or PHP.
5. Knowledge of relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase) databases.
6. Familiarity with Git and collaborative coding practices.
7. Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
● Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
● Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
● SEO and accessibility knowledge.
● Prior experience with e-commerce, content management systems, or API integrations.
