5. Add sound effects, background music, and voiceovers to enhance the viewer experience.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in video editing for social media and podcasting.
Skills:
1. Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio focused on social media and podcasts.
2. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
3. Experience with motion graphics and animation tools like After Effects is a plus.
4. Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
5. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
7. Basic knowledge of sound design, podcast editing, and color grading.
8. Familiarity with different video formats and compression techniques.
