About the Role: The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone and through other communication channels. The role demands excellent communication skills, a persuasive sales approach, and a strong understanding of the FMCG market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential international buyers for our FMCG products through online research, industry databases, and networking.
2. Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to introduce Vittles Exim, presenting our product portfolio and the advantages of sourcing from India.
3. Inbound Lead Handling: Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
4. Needs Analysis: Conduct a thorough analysis to understand client requirements, product preferences, and target markets.
5. Product Presentations: Deliver engaging product presentations to potential clients, showcasing product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
6. Sales Closing: Close deals and meet sales targets.
7. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering excellent customer service and support.
8. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage a sales pipeline, track leads, and keep the CRM system updated with client interactions and progress.
9. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs in the FMCG export sector.
10. Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and challenges to the sales manager.

1. Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or a related sales role, preferably in the FMCG, export, or B2B industry.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong persuasion skills, a confident phone manner, and the ability to overcome objections.
3. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
4. Results-oriented, target-driven, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
7. Knowledge of international trade, export procedures, and FMCG products is a plus.
