Telecaller Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Contact potential leads generated from paid advertisements and other campaigns
2. Present and explain offerings such as free guides, stock market courses, exclusive tips via a Telegram channel, and the benefits of opening a brokerage account with Motilal Oswal
3. Convince prospects to enroll in basic or advanced stock market courses, join the Telegram channel, or open brokerage accounts
4. Follow up regularly with warm leads to maintain their interest and engagement
5. Address queries, clarify doubts, and guide prospects through the decision-making process
6. Maintain accurate records of all leads in a CRM system or Excel and provide timely updates on their status
7. Build trust and rapport with potential customers to establish long-term relationships
8. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, leveraging a natural flair for sales and persuasion
9. Communicate effectively in Hindi and English, with additional regional language proficiency as a bonus
10. Leverage previous experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service if available; otherwise, demonstrate a willingness to learn
11. Handle objections effectively and provide tailored solutions to potential leads
12. Learn basic knowledge of the stock market if not already familiar, with training provided on the job
13. Work in-office at Jaipur, with remote options available for experienced candidates
