Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain the company's matrimonial services.
2. Handle inbound queries from clients regarding membership, profile creation, and matchmaking.
3. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable membership plans.
4. Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow up with interested clients.
5. Ensure excellent customer service by resolving queries and addressing concerns professionally.
6. Schedule appointments for relationship managers when required.
7. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the management.
