Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
2. Address customer inquiries and provide relevant information in a polite and professional manner.
3. Achieve daily and monthly call targets as assigned.
4. Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM system regularly.
5. Follow up on leads to ensure successful conversions.
