Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Teacher to join our team at Podar Education Network in Solapur. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in English or Sanskrit and capable of teaching Maths at the TGT level. A B.Ed degree is also required.

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or related field.
Minimum 4 to 6 years of teaching experience, preferably within a reputed educational institution.
Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in teaching Sanskrit.
Experience in teaching Mathematics at the TGT level.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff.
Ability to prepare and deliver engaging and effective lessons.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage classroom dynamics and student behaviors effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and other resources as necessary.
Assess students' performance and development regularly and provide appropriate feedback.
Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development.
Manage classroom behavior in accordance with the school's policies and procedures.
Participate in departmental meetings and professional development opportunities.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding students' progress and any concerns.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational environment and improve teaching strategies.
