Profile -Social Media Manager
Salary - 30k to +40k
Location - Janakpuri New Delhi
Experience - 3 to 5 year Manager experience


Roles & Responsibilities:

Contributes to the marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire customers
Develops social media marketing plans and programs for each product and directs promotional support.
Maintains relations with customers (Retailers & Dealers) by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs.
Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market trends.
Maintains research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.
Completes social media marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees task to make reels and follow our channels, pages etc.
Maintains social media marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, training, and managing employees.
Research competitors pricing and products
Decide on appropriate placement of ads
Determine what content will reach customers
Measure digital traffic
Monitor social media and Google Analytics
Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools




Requirements:-

Must have at least 3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager
