Job Overview
We are looking for a Junior Social Media Customer Support professional to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management and customer support.

Qualifications and Skills
Social media management (Mandatory skill): Proficient in handling various social media platforms, especially Instagram.
Communication skills (Mandatory skill): Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with customers.
Instagram sales (Mandatory skill): Hands-on experience in using Instagram as a sales channel.
Customer relationship management (CRM): Ability to effectively manage and nurture relationships with customers.
Content creation: Skills in creating engaging and relevant content to share on social media platforms.
Community engagement: Experience in building and maintaining a vibrant, engaged online community.
Marketing strategy: Knowledge of creating and implementing effective social media marketing strategies.
Analytics: Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly for better performance.

Roles and Responsibilities
Engage with customers on social media platforms, responding to inquiries and providing solutions.
Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms.
Monitor social media metrics to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Develop and execute strategies to increase social media following and engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
Track and report customer feedback and concerns to internal teams for continuous improvement.
Assist in managing online communities, fostering a positive and interactive environment.
Handle Instagram sales processes, including product inquiries and sales coordination.
