As a Senior Telecaller at Galaxy Industries, you will play a key role in our sales team by reaching out to potential customers in the Hindi-speaking market. Your proficiency in spoken Hindi will be essential in effectively communicating our products and services. Additionally, your strong skills in MS-Excel will help you track and analyze customer data to improve sales strategies.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospects in the Hindi-speaking market to introduce our products and services
2. Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in MS-Excel
4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies based on call data
5. Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from customers
6. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
7. Continuously improve your knowledge of our products and services to better serve customers and drive sales growth.
