Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in sales, with a minimum of 4 years in field sales, insurance sales, or related industries.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in competitive markets.
In-depth understanding of the life insurance and financial services sector, including CASA sales and credit card sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Demonstrated ability to identify potential clients and strategically pitch products to meet their needs.
Exceptional negotiation skills with the capacity to influence stakeholders and close significant deals.

Roles and Responsibilities
