Job Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level Sales Marketing Executive to join our team at GREATBELL HR Consultancy Services. The position is full-time, with a primary focus on driving sales and marketing initiatives within the hospitality industry. The role requires a work experience of 4 to 6 years and is based in Cochin, Ernakulam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kozhikode, Thrissur, and Alappuzha.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in hotel sales and bookings (Mandatory skill).
Strong understanding of sales strategy development and implementation, with an ability to analyze market trends.
Experience in conducting thorough market research to identify potential clients and new market opportunities.
Proficient in tourism management, understanding the dynamics and trends within the tourism sector.
Skilled in travel management, with the ability to organize and coordinate travel-related services effectively.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Must have attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills to address various business challenges.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase bookings and company revenue within the hospitality sector.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client needs.
Maintain and grow existing client relationships while seeking new partnerships and collaborations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Meet Corporate clients, and tour operators and get business leads
Organize and participate in industry events, tradeshows, and networking activities to promote the company's services.
Provide detailed reports and analysis of sales performance to the management team.
Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations at all times.
