Sales And Marketing Executive Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote event management services and achieve revenue targets.
2. Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
4. Collaborate with the event management team to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
5. Prepare and present sales proposals, pitches, and presentations to clients.
6. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business growth.
7. Manage end-to-end client accounts, including follow-ups, negotiations, and closing deals.
8. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events and client deliverables.
9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.
10. Assist in organizing and promoting company-hosted events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
11. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
12. Provide post-event feedback and reports to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Details:
Location: Mohali Office
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM
Saturday: Alternate Saturdays, 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
