Key responsibilities:
1. Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging videos for various platforms (social media, web, etc.).
2. Maintain brand consistency and ensure strong visual storytelling across all content.
3. Provide creative input to enhance video structure, pacing, and engagement.
4. Lead and mentor junior editors and freelancers.
5. Oversee multiple editing projects, ensuring deadlines are met while managing workflow, file organization, and version control.
6. Stay updated with the latest editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro).
7. Work with video formats, codecs, and compression techniques to optimize quality and performance.
