Senior Telecaller Job (Remote)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced 'Senior Telecaller' to join our team at Tutoratti Learning Center. As a Senior Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in communicating with potential students and parents, promoting our services, and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and parents to provide information about our tutoring services.
2. Follow up on leads and inquiries to schedule appointments and consultations.
3. Maintain accurate records of all interactions in MS Excel and CRM software.
4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation.
5. Handle customer queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
6. Meet and exceed daily and monthly targets for lead conversion and revenue generation.
7. Continuously strive to improve communication skills and product knowledge to better serve our customers.
