Sales Manager (Event Sponsorship) Job (Remote)

We're seeking a driven and confident 'Sales Manager' to secure event sponsorships. You'll be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals. This is a remote, full-time position with a focus on building strong relationships with potential sponsors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Proactively identify and contact potential sponsors via phone and email.
2. Present event sponsorship opportunities and deliverables effectively.
3. Negotiate sponsorship packages and terms.
4. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals.
5. Close deals and manage sponsor relationships.
6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities.

Requirements:

1. Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
2. Proven sales experience, ideally in sponsorships or related fields.
3. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
4. Confident and persuasive demeanor.
5. Ability to work independently and remotely.
6. Proficiency in email communication and basic sales tracking.

Compensation:

Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 per month.
Commission: 6% of revenue generated (potential for higher commission based on performance).

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM (IST)
Alternating Saturdays: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM (IST)
Remote position. (For Sales training in the 1st 3-4 weeks), you might be called to the location: Noida/Mohali)
