About the job

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented sales development executive .The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and an ability to consistently execute according to protocol. This role is crucial for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting and lead generation: Conduct cold calls, cold emails, and other outreach activities to identify and engage potential clients.
2. CRM management: Utilize CRM software and sales tools to manage prospects, track activities, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
3. Relationship building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and align our offerings.
4. Target achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective time management, strategic outreach, and follow-up.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies and refine sales campaigns based on client feedback.
6. Reporting: Maintain detailed reports and metrics on outreach activities, conversion rates, and overall sales efforts to measure success and optimize performance.
7. Communication: Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity in all client interactions and negotiations.
