The 'Recruitment Specialist' will be responsible for managing and executing large-scale hiring initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of recruitment strategies to meet the high-volume staffing needs of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. High-Volume Recruitment: Lead and manage bulk hiring projects to meet the staffing needs of various departments.
2. Sourcing Candidates: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates through various channels.
3. Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify and shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements.
4. Job Postings: Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms, ensuring they are up-to-date and attract the right talent.
5. Candidate Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
6. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on bulk hiring.
3. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and strategies.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
7. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
