We are hiring aspiring educational content writers who are passionate about creating a variety of assessment questions to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing assessment questions for a set of learning objectives in math content targeting US kids up to grade 5 in alignment with the 'US Common Core' standards. This role is crucial in helping deliver high-quality and accurate assessment content for the right target audience using a combination of images and text. Training and guidance will be provided for those chosen candidates on the standards and guidelines to follow to be successful in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create engaging assessment questions for grades 1-5 math educational content.
2. Align the assessment questions with the US Common Core standards.
3. Create different types of assessment questions for a set of learning objectives.
4. Utilise images wherever appropriate from our stock library to illustrate the questions or solutions.
5. Provide step-by-step guidance explaining the solution.
6. Collaborate with the reviewer and quality assurance team to create error-free assessment questions.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in education, mathematics, or a related field.
2. Experience in creating educational content in K-5 mathematics.
3. Relevant experience in creating engaging assessment content.
4. Familiarity with the US Common Core standards.
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
6. Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
