We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced 'Process Trainer' to join our Career Leap initiative at uFaber Edutech Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a high IQ, and a proven track record of delivering results in training assignments that require clear success metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivering Training: Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for participants on process-related topics (sales, operations, or general processes).
2. Performance-driven Training: Develop training modules with clear KPIs, focusing on how many participants achieve predefined outcomes, such as successfully "going live" in their roles.
3. Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate learner performance regularly through assessments and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
4. Reporting: Track and report participant progress, identifying key challenges and areas of improvement.
5. Training Innovation: Continuously improve the content by gathering feedback and staying updated on industry trends.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
