About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into exceptional user experiences (UX)
2. Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to identify user pain points and opportunities
3. Develop user personas, user flows, sitemaps, and wireframes to define the information architecture and user journey
4. Design high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that are visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly
5. Ensure design consistency across all platforms (web, mobile, etc.) following our design guidelines

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. 2-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or a related field

2. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of UI/UX design projects

3. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)

4. Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles

5. Strong visual design skills and a keen eye for detail

6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
