IT Expert (Bulk Mailing Infrastructure) Job (Part time/Remote)

We are seeking a skilled, experienced IT expert to establish and manage our bulk mailing infrastructure using Outlook and Microsoft tools. This role requires someone who can ensure reliable, compliant, and efficient email delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Set up and configure bulk email infrastructure using Outlook and Microsoft tools.
2. Ensure proper domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) for optimal deliverability.
3. Implement automation tools for efficient email sending and list management.
4. Establish and maintain email server configurations.
5. Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
6. Troubleshoot and resolve email delivery issues.
7. Provide ongoing maintenance and support for the email infrastructure.

Technical Requirements:

1. Experience with email server setup and configuration.
2. Strong understanding of domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
3. Proficiency in using Outlook and Microsoft tools for bulk emailing.
4. Experience with email automation tools.
5. Knowledge of email marketing best practices and compliance measures.
6. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Working Hours:

1. Monday - Friday: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM (India Standard Time)
2. Alternate Saturdays: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM (India Standard Time)
3. Remote work.
4. Full time or part time is acceptable.
