About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Interpretation and translation: Your primary responsibility will be to interpret conversations between Nepali and English speakers. This can include both written and spoken translations. You will translate during live conversations, meetings, or calls between clients, customers, or team members.
2. Provide clear communication: Ensure that the meaning and context of the conversation are clearly conveyed from one language to the other, avoiding misunderstandings or confusion.
3. Use of video conferencing tools: Engage in live video interactions, so proficiency with video call tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet will be beneficial.

Work schedule:

1. 5 days working with 2 rotational days off.
2. The role includes night shifts and 24/7 rotational shifts, meaning you will need to work during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays depending on the shift rotation.
3. The schedule is dynamic and requires flexibility, so you should be prepared to adjust to varying work hours.
4. Comfortable with video calls: The interpreter role may require frequent video call communication, so you must be comfortable using video conferencing platforms and maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor during calls.

Salary:

1. The monthly salary for this position can go up to 45K CTC (Cost to Company).
2. Interview performance.
3. Previous experience and last-drawn salary.
