Junior Lead Generation Executive Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential leads in the UK market
2. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and record accurate information
3. Engage prospects with clear and effective communication
4. Maintain and update the lead database with call details and follow-up actions
5. Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets
6. Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings

Requirements:

1. Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
2. Must own a laptop and have a stable internet connection
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
4. Open to both genders

Compensation:

1. Base Salary: Up to Rs 12,000 per month
2. Incentives: Additional earning potential from Rs 5,000 to Rs 7,500 per month based on performance
