We are looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. This role requires an individual who can actively generate leads, visit potential clients, demonstrate our accounting software, and close deals. The ideal candidate should be proactive, persuasive, and capable of meeting monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting - Identify and generate new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients through direct visits, networking, and referrals.
2. Client Visits & Product Demonstrations - Travel to client locations, present live demonstrations of our accounting software, and effectively showcase its features and benefits.
3. Solution Selling - Understand client needs and tailor presentations to highlight how our software can improve their financial processes and business efficiency.
4. Sales Target Achievement - Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by successfully closing deals and onboarding new clients.
5. Relationship Management - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and potential referrals.
6. Sales Reporting & Follow-Ups - Maintain records of client interactions, follow up on potential leads, and provide regular sales reports.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in field sales, preferably in software or IT services.
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
3. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
4. Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and product demonstrations.
5. A basic understanding of accounting concepts is a plus.
