iii. Liaise with the tech team to develop a design app for the marketplace
3. Handle research:
i. Conduct surveys, analyze consumer preferences, and provide valuable insights
ii. Study competitors' portfolios, pricing strategies, and client reviews to gain a competitive edge
iii. Keep track of building codes, regulations, and compliance standards to ensure that designs meet the mandatory standards
