1. Customer Support & Order management:
- Handle customer support & resolve customer inquiries via call, email or CRM
- Manage order processing, fulfillment & delivery through the shipping panel.

2. General Operation Tasks:
- Manage & track Inventory storage
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for miscellaneous tasks.
