Key Responsibilities:

1. Possess excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
2. Native speakers of Bengali are required for regional language interpretation.
3. Work schedule includes 5 days a week with 2 rotational days off.
4. Must be comfortable with night shifts and 24/7 rotational shifts.
5. Ability to conduct video calls effectively.
6. Salary: Up to 45,000 CTC per month (based on interview performance and previous salary).
