Associate Recruiter Job (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

I. Talent acquisition:
1. Connect with department heads to understand their hiring needs and create effective job descriptions and recruiting strategies.
2. Drive the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across a range of roles.
3. Leverage various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, campus recruitment) to build a diverse candidate pipeline.
4. Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates and clear communication.
5. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics to measure hiring efficiency and suggest improvements.

II. HR data management and reporting:
1. Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for employee records, candidate information, and recruitment metrics.
2. Generate reports on key HR and recruitment metrics.
3. Collaborate with management to create visual dashboards for recruitment and HR metrics, providing valuable insights for data-driven decision-making.
4. Provide monthly and quarterly summaries of HR metrics to executive leadership, offering insights and recommendations based on data analysis
