About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop a full-stack AI-powered real estate platform
2. Implement AI-driven insights for real estate market analysis, zoning optimization, and financial modeling
3. Build 3D virtual property models using Three.js and integrate them into the platform
4. Develop predictive models for real estate valuation, risk assessment, and investment strategies
5. Integrate APIs for real estate market data, zoning laws, and tax optimization
6. Implement secure and scalable backend architecture using Node.js/Python
7. Work with cloud-based AI solutions (AWS/GCP/Azure) for large-scale data processing
8. Optimize performance, scalability, and security

Requirements:

1. Demonstrate strong experience in Full-Stack Development (React.js, Node.js, Python)
2. Proficient in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
3. Experience with 3D property visualization using Three.js
4. Knowledge of real estate APIs, GIS/mapping tools, and financial modeling
5. Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure)
6. Familiar with DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
7. Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
