Formulating overall aims and objectives for the school and policies for their implementation. Ensuring the school is up-to-date with innovations, from teaching practices to new technologies
Assist school in developing and implementing School Improvement Plans
Assist in program implementation and curriculum development.
Developing and improving the quality of education
Looking into admission procedure and maintaining good rapport with all stakeholders of the school
Should aim to uplift the institution at the top most level of the region.
Skills:
Leadership, strong interpersonal and effective communication skills to engage academic staff
Prioritization, planning and organization skills.
Works collaboratively with other educators to integrate educational initiatives and resources. Should be able to enhance school's image in society.
Incumbent should be an experienced and tech savvy person preferably working in a similar position in a renowned School
