Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with 3PL providers to ensure timely pickup and delivery of products.
2. Work closely with manufacturing units to prioritize our production needs.
3. Track daily inventory levels and work with the manufacturer to increase inventory when insufficient
4. Handle customer service to ensure excellence in customer support, including handling cash on delivery (COD) confirmations, return pickups, and customer queries.
5. Conduct monthly reconciliations of orders, including dispatched, received, and pending statuses.
6. Ensure proper documentation and submission of invoices and related documents to the accounts department.
7. Develop strategies focused on customer delight and implement innovative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Jodhpur
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the furniture or manufacturing sector. eCommerce experience is preferable.
2. Strong network and relationship with 3PL providers. Especially in the large product space.
3. Ability to manage and resolve conflicts diplomatically with external parties.
4. Experience in inventory and customer service management.
5. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
6. Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
7. Ability to strategize and implement customer-focused initiatives.

The store wants to build a community where its users can interact with the brand, and get attractive rewards when they share content related to the brand - For e.g., submitting reviews, sharing posts on Instagram with the product, sharing video content using our products, and helping to generate more buzz for the brand.
