Roles and Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate active learning
Develop schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessments in alignment with educational standards
Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities
Use a variety of instructional strategies and methods to engage students and foster a positive learning environment
Assess and document students' progress and provide feedback to help them improve their skills and knowledge
