1. Prepare clear, complete, and accurate working plans and detailed drawings from rough or detailed sketches or notes for MEP projects
2. Utilize knowledge of various drafting packages and software to complete drawings
3. Prepare MEP shop drawings, plans, sections, schematic diagrams, schedules of equipment, and equipment installation details
4. Make final sketches of proposed drawings, checking dimensions of parts, materials to be used, and the relation of one part to another and various parts to the whole structure or project
5. Utilize knowledge of various machines, engineering practices, mathematics, building materials, and other physical sciences to complete drawings
6. Create detailed plumbing and firefighting system drawings, including layouts, schematics, and installation details using AutoCAD and Revit
7. Collaborate with project engineers, architects, and contractors to develop integrated and effective MEP designs
8. Ensure that all plumbing and firefighting designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
9. Modify and update drawings based on project changes, client feedback, and technical specifications
10. Prepare and maintain accurate records of designs, revisions, and project documentation
11. Conduct site visits to collect information and ensure accurate implementation of designs during construction phases
12. Identify potential design conflicts and provide effective solutions to ensure seamless integration of plumbing and firefighting systems
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
