Marketing Coordinator For Private Event With Indian Railways Officials Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Build a comprehensive database of companies associated with the Indian Railways industry, identifying key contacts for outreach
2. Conduct calls to relevant companies to introduce the event, engage contacts, and promote awareness and participation
3. Organize and schedule factory visits for delegates and key participants, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place
4. Travel to the Adani Head Office on November 30, 2024, to facilitate meetings between delegates, officials, and attendees, ensuring smooth interactions and transitions

Working Hours: Full-time for the 15-day project duration, with flexibility for any additional hours required for event coordination on the day.
