L2 Support Engineer With Openshift Job

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain RHEL Server environments and Openshift clusters, ensuring high availability, scalability, and
security.
* Configure and manage RHEL and Kubernetes Cluster in Openshift environment, optimizing resource
utilization and performance.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RHEL applications
and infrastructure.
* Develop and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and procedures related to RHEL and
Openshift deployments.
* Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in bringing innovative solutions to the team.
* Collaborate with development teams to design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automating application
deployment and updates
* Ability to handle L2 operations and escalations.

Technical Skills:
* Hands on experience on RHEL (Redhat Enterprise Linux).
* Proven experience as an RedHat certified Engineer or similar role, with a strong track record in
managing and troubleshooting RHEL environments.
* Deep understanding of RHEL basics and Openshift architecture including deployment strategies and administration.
* Solid understanding of Linux operating systems, networking, and security principles.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
* Effective communication and collaboration skills, enabling seamless teamwork and knowledge
sharing.
* Relevant certifications in Redhat are added advantage.

Qualification Required
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
* Red Hat certification (RHCE) preferred, demonstrating your mastery of Red Hat technologies and solutions.
