Junior Travel & Tourism Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Planning itineraries: Travel agents help clients plan their trips by creating personalized itineraries that include transportation, lodging, and activities.
2. Making arrangements: Travel agents book travel arrangements, such as flights, hotels, tours, and dining. They also arrange transportation and lodging.
3. Advising clients: Travel agents provide advice on destinations, travel documents, insurance, visas, vaccinations, and safety and security.
4. Handling issues: Travel agents assist with unexpected problems, such as canceled flights or hotel issues. They also arrange refunds and handle complaints.
5. Keeping records: Travel agents keep accurate records of client bookings, including payments, travel dates, flight numbers, and hotel check-in and check-out dates.
6. Meeting sales targets: Travel agents work to meet sales goals and objectives. Travel agents typically have strong sales and interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communications skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively. They also need to be detail oriented, highly organized, and have strong problem-solving skills.
