9. Understand the customer needs, design and curate travel itineraries and outbound holiday packages accordingly.
10. Advises clients regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather and activities.

12. Coordinate for transport bookings as per the travel itineraries in very effective and systematic manner to optimize time slots and priority.
