We are looking for a Social Media Executive who is creative, proactive, and passionate about digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have experience in ideating and executing engaging content for brands, assisting in content creation, and understanding how Meta Ads work.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Ideation & Planning:
i. Develop creative and engaging reel ideas for various brands and businesses.
ii. Plan and manage the content calendar, ensuring timely execution.
Content Creation & Assistance:
i. Assist in shooting content for reels, posts, and stories.
ii. Availability of an iPhone is a plus for high-quality video content.
Copywriting & Social Media Strategy:
i. Write crisp, engaging, and brand-aligned captions for posts and ads.
ii. Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across platforms.
Understanding of Meta Ads:
i. Have a basic understanding of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to contribute to ad strategy discussions.
ii. Assist in analyzing performance insights and making recommendations.
Creative Direction & Aesthetic Sense:
i. Collaborate with the graphic designing team, providing inputs on colors, fonts, and overall visual aesthetics.
ii. Ensure that brand creatives are visually appealing and in line with current trends.
Requirements:
1. Prior experience in social media management or content creation.
2. Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok-style videos, and short-form content trends.
3. Good writing skills with the ability to create catchy captions and ad copies.
4. Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and social media marketing strategies.
5. Creativity and attention to detail in visuals, colors, and design elements.
6. Ability to work in a team and adapt to different brand voices.
7. iPhone availability is a plus (for assisting in creating high-quality reels and content creation).

i. Stay updated with trending reels, memes, and viral formats.
ii. Adapt global trends to suit different brand personas.
3. Community Engagement & Interaction:
i. Actively engage with audiences through comments, DMs, and stories.
ii. Plan polls, Q&As, contests, and giveaways to boost engagement.
4. Analytics & Performance Monitoring:
i. Basic knowledge of Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics, and third-party tools (Later, Metricool, etc.).
ii. Ability to track performance and tweak content strategies accordingly.
5. Multi-Tasking & Time Management:
i. Manage multiple brand accounts without missing deadlines.
ii. Balance between content creation, copywriting, and coordination with designers.
6. Basic Influencer Collaboration Knowledge:
i. Ability to identify micro-influencers and coordinate collaborations.
ii. Understanding of UGC content trends for organic reach.
