We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Executive to manage and grow our presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media tools and strategies, especially Canva, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Knowledge of video editing and graphic designing will be considered a plus. The role involves creating engaging content, managing campaigns, and ensuring our brand message resonates with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
-Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others.
-Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other content using tools like Canva and video editing software.
-Write, edit, and publish engaging posts for social media, including news, updates, and promotional content.
-Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience engagement.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media channels in a timely manner.
-Collaborate with the marketing and HR teams to align social media campaigns with company goals.
-Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
-Create and manage ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to increase reach and engagement.
-Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
-Assist in organizing online events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
Requirements:
-Proven experience or strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
-Proficiency in Canva for graphic design and content creation.
-Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Knowledge of video editing tools (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or others) is a plus.
-Basic graphic design skills and an eye for creative visuals.
-Ability to create engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
-Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar) is a plus.
-Passion for staying updated on digital trends, social media changes, and innovations.
Working Hours:
This role requires working from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM from Monday to Saturday
