Junior Operations Associate Job

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:

1. Managing student activity
2. Checking the tutor's session quality
3. Managing the day-to-day operations of the company
4. Previous experience in operations, scheduling, or similar roles is preferred, with a focus on homework management and parent communication
5. Organization and Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
6. Parent Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and schedule virtual parent-teacher meetings, facilitating communication and collaboration between parents and instructors
7. Student Progress Tracking: Monitor and track student progress, maintaining n accurate records of achievements, assessments, and areas for improvement
8. Class Scheduling and Rescheduling: Efficiently manage the scheduling and rescheduling of online classes, considering student availability, instructor preferences, and technical requirements
