We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Zoho CRM Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team at Zeitgeist Retail Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Zoho CRM functionalities and possess excellent mathematical skills to analyze data, generate reports, and optimize CRM processes. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively with various departments to enhance customer relationship management and drive sales performance
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and configure Zoho CRM to meet the needs of the sales and marketing teams
2. Develop and implement processes for data entry, maintenance, and accuracy in Zoho
3. Analyze data and sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
4. Create detailed reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective use of CRM tools and processes
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field
2. 1-2 years of experience in CRM management, preferably with Zoho experience will be an advantage
3. Strong mathematical skills with the ability to analyze data and interpret results
4. Proficiency in CRM, data analysis & reporting
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
