About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead generation and prospecting: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and utilizing social media platforms.
2. Client engagement: Identify and engage potential clients, particularly in the corporate sector, to promote IT and technology training services.
3. Client meetings and negotiations: Conduct meetings with prospective clients to present training solutions and negotiate contracts.
4. Deal closure: Close deals effectively while handling objections and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
5. Fieldwork: Spend a significant portion of time (60-80%) in the field meeting clients and following up on leads, which is crucial for building relationships and understanding client needs.
6. Market research and reporting: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities. Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, pipeline movements, and conversion rates to management.
7. Customer relationship management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
8. Client feedback: Gather feedback from clients to improve service offerings and address any issues promptly.
9. Sales strategy development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the IT training market.
10. Sales targets: Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with the company's growth objectives.
11. Collaboration and teamwork: Work closely with marketing and training teams to ensure alignment in messaging and service delivery.
12. Team participation: Participate in team meetings and contribute to collective goals and strategies.
