IT Executive Job

Department: IT Support

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide technical support to resolve IT-related issues for hardware, software, and networking.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems in PCs, printers, interactive boards, Wi-Fi networks, plotters, and
biometric devices.

2. Network Management:
- Manage LAN and cable infrastructure, ensuring efficient connectivity and minimal downtime.
- Monitor and maintain fiber optic connections to support uninterrupted operations.

3. Device & Infrastructure Maintenance:
- Perform regular maintenance and timely repairs on all IT devices to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and updating of IT equipment and systems.

4. IT Inventory Management:
- Maintain an up-to-date record of IT inventory, including hardware, software, and accessories.
- Ensure timely procurement and replacement of IT assets when necessary.

5. Coordination & Collaboration:
- Collaborate effectively with the IT team to execute projects and resolve escalated issues.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related procurements and services.

6. Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
- Document technical resolutions and maintain records for troubleshooting reference.

Education/Experience

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in IT support and network management.
3. Technical Skills: Proficient in LAN/WAN networking, cable management, and fiber optic connectivity.
4. Hands-on experience with printers, interactive boards, plotters, and biometric systems.
5. Knowledge of IT inventory tools and management systems.
6. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
8. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under deadlines.
