We are looking for artistic, detail-oriented candidates with good interpersonal skills for the position of senior designer. The designer's key responsibilities include visualizing and sketching design plans as per client goals, sourcing products and materials, determining costs and inspecting construction to ensure alignment with design specifications are met. You will also be expected to comply with the regulatory environment around inspections and building codes.
Key responsibilities:
1. Undertake design project from concept to completion
2. Determine the client's goals and requirements of the project
3. Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
4. Ability to manage a team
5. Set schedules for the project
6. Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase.
7. Research and follow industry changes, evolutions, and best practices
1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Bangalore
1. Minimum 2-3 years of work experience
2. Bachelor's degree/diploma in interior design or related field
3. Portfolio of design work
4. Project management experience and should be able to handle 3-4 projects at a time
5. Designers will be expected to handle clients and co-ordinate throughout the entire project completion
6. Ability to finish projects on time and meet given deadline
7. Experience with computational design along with proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Illustrator, Photoshop, Google SketchUp software
8. Highly creative, imaginative, and artistic
9. Excellent communication skills, especially regarding communicating an artistic vision
10. Should know English, Hindi, and Kannada
11. Should be comfortable working from office
