Job Description for Trainer
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Trainer to join our team. The Trainer will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing training programs, delivering engaging sessions, and monitoring the effectiveness of our training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to create impactful learning experiences.
Qualifications:
2-5 years relevant experience
MBA HR/ Business / Finance or Relevant Field
Good Communication
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Training Needs Assessment:
Collaborate with managers to identify and assess company training needs.
Utilize data analytics to pinpoint areas requiring improvement and development.
2. Training Program Development:
Design and implement an effective training curriculum that meets organizational needs.
Develop training materials, including module summaries, videos, and presentations, ensuring content is engaging and relevant.
3. Training Delivery:
Conduct informative training sessions through seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures.
Train and guide new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
4. Performance Monitoring:
Develop monitoring systems to ensure all employees are performing their job responsibilities as per training.
Utilize dashboards and performance tracking tools to monitor training effectiveness and employee progress.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
Submit comprehensive training reports on time, including data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of training activities and outcomes.
6. Technical Expertise:
Apply strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp in training programs where applicable.
Integrate problem-solving and analytical thinking into training sessions to enhance employee skill sets.
7. Content Creation and Management:
Create engaging content using PowerPoint and ensure it aligns with the latest corporate training techniques.
Efficiently manage and analyze training data using Google Sheets or Excel
