Qualifications and Skills
A degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in industrial relations or a similar role.
Strong understanding of labor issues (Mandatory skill).
Experience in managing grievances (Mandatory skill).
Effective liasoning with labor unions and authorities (Mandatory skill).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle conflict and resolve disputes amicably.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
