1. Assist doctors with EMR troubleshooting, appointment scheduling, and billing queries while providing user training.
2. Collaborate with IT to resolve software issues, monitor performance, and suggest improvements.
3. Maintain records of common issues, stay updated on EMR advancements, and communicate user feedback to developers.
