Human Resources (HR) Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new employees
2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive work environment
3. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
4. Assist with performance management by supporting employee evaluations and feedback
5. Coordinate training programs and development opportunities for employees
6. Resolve employee queries and issues, offering support where needed
7. Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing
8. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, updating policies as required
9. Organize and assist in employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities
10. Support in the management of HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR-related tools
11. Provide general HR administrative support as needed
